I. Crypto Boundless gives the Visionary Rabbits NFT holders the right to own the NFT. When someone purchases the NFT, it gives to them complete ownership of it.

 

II. Crypto Boundless and its founder have the ownership of all the traits, and the NFT holder only have the ownership of the NFT that is holding, as a whole, not being possible to claim that they own the traits separately when they are part of their NFT. Considering that, is allowed for Crypto Boundless and its founder to use other combinations of the traits to make other rabbits (outside the 10.000 Visionary Rabbits NFT Collection) to build other creations related to the Visionary Rabbits, like animations, products, etc. Also, is forbidden for the general public to copy the exact traits of the Visionary Rabbits in other NFT projects (except for the Visionary Rabbits holders, only with their Visionary Rabbit NFT, following the rules coming from Personal Use and Commercial Use), even if they are in a different size or technique.

 

III. Personal Use: Crypto Boundless and its founder grants to each NFT holder a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that the holder/owner choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) personal and non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of the Visionary Rabbit / NFT, if the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Visionary Rabbit owner’s rights to display the Art for their Visionary Rabbit to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third-party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of the Visionary Rabbit, if the website/application cryptographically verifies each Visionary Rabbit owner’s rights to display the Art for their Visionary Rabbit to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and if the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Visionary Rabbit leaves the website/application.

 

 

IV. Commercial Use: Subject to the continued compliance with these Terms, Crypto Boundless, and its founder grant to each NFT holder an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art to create derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”).

 

V. The only exceptions for Personal Use and Commercial Use is if the owner of the Visionary Rabbit NFT makes some use of it or some kind of version or creation based on the NFT that is insulting, diminishing or as a way to promote politics (including the use in campaigns and to promote candidates).

 

VI. The logo of the Visionary Rabbits (VR) is owned by Crypto Boundless and its founder, even being presented in some traits, like the hoodie, leather jacket, etc. It's not possible for the Visionary Rabbits Holders (owners of the NFT) or the general public to use it separately for their purposes.

VII.The name/title “Visionary Rabbits” and “Visionary Rabbits Society” is for the exclusive use of Crypto Boundless and the Collection/Project, giving the possibility to Crypto Boundless to use it (as well as the logo) for its merchandise, products in general and other creations related to it.

 

VIII. When purchasing the NFT, the users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their private wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated before approval. There is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.
